  • How do I create a wholesale account?
    Click on the “Wholesale” tab at the top and follow the instructions. Those requesting Net30 terms for the first time must completed and signed a credit application with 3 credit references. This application will be sent to you upon your first order. Please allow 2 weeks for initial credit review and processing on new Net 30 accounts.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    If items are in stock your order will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. If an item is getting restocked and takes longer we will contact you.
  • What payment methods are acceptable?
    We take the following credit cards: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. PayPal is also accepted and your credit card will be charged at checkout.   • What if I forget my password?
    Go to the Account Login page. Under "Login" click "Forgot Your Password?" and follow the instructions to reset your password.
  • What is The Shoal Shoppe’s Return Policy?
    Refunds and Exchanges are contingent upon inspection. Items will be processed within approximately 5-10 business days of receiving your items. You will receive an email notification from The Shoal Shoppe when we receive and process your return. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately at theshoalshoppe@gmail.com. Items that are defective and shipped from us will qualify for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Shipping & Handling Charges that have incurred are Non-Refundable.   • What are my delivery options?
    All orders are shipped UPS Ground. We also offer pickup services at our location in Livonia free of charge. The Pickup option can be selected at checkout.
  • What is The Shoal Shoppe’s minimum order?
    We have a $200 minimum order
  • Does The Shoal Shoppe ship outside of the USA?
    At the moment we do not
